A man who was under the influence of methamphetamine while in jail admitted to felony unlawful use of methamphetamine.
Shawn Michael Gennarini, 26, pleaded guilty in Douglas County District Court on Monday in connection with an Oct. 29 incident.
In most cases, probation in the case would be mandatory, but because of the circumstances he could face up to four years in prison.
Sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 28.
