Entertainment at CVI

Tony Vee continues in the Carson Valley Inn Cabaret Lounge through Saturday, Blue Flame appears Dec. 4 and 5 and NFL Football plays in the Cabaret Lounge on Monday and Thursday nights.

The Tony Vee quartet performs rhythm & blues, top 40, rock 'n' roll and medleys from the '60s through '90s. Lead vocalist Tony Vee is joined by keyboard player and vocalist Buddy Lloyd, guitarist and vocalist Mark McKinnon and drummer/vocalist Jimmy Stanton. Five 45-minute shows are on the half-hour starting at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights.

Blue Flame is Melissa Dru on vocals, guitars and percussion and Mick Hampson on guitar and vocals. The duo brings sounds from all eras.

NFL and college football plays in the Cabaret Lounge on Monday and Thursdays with big-screen action, food and beer specials and prize drawings.

The CVI Cafe Cabaret is open 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sundays and 5 p.m. until the end of the third quarter during Monday and Thursday Night Football.

The Carson Valley Arts Council's fourth annual concert series continues with singer/songwriter Lisa Dawn Miller, 7 p.m. Dec. 3, at the CVIC Hall, 1602 Esmeralda Ave., in Minden.
