The Douglas volleyball team came up with its best serving performance of the season Thursday night, recording 16 aces as a team on its way to a 25-10, 25-10, 25-8 win over South Tahoe in Minden.
Carly McCullough led the charge with four aces, Mia Townsell had three, Rebecca Antti, Emily Garcia and Hailey Sclafani each had two and Jourdan Burke, Christine DuPuis and Jackie Harper each had one.
Brenna White led Douglas' attack with 10 kills while Burke added six and DuPuis had five.
Mysta and Mia Townsell each had 13 digs, Emily Garcia had four kills, Harper had 13 assists and Sclafani had 12 assists.
Keely Latham had four kills and four digs and Dani Trujillo had a pair of kills.
Douglas improved to 20-4 overall and 4-2 in league play.
