Area artists are wanted to make submissions for the Carson Valley Art Association scholarship fine art show Nov. 6-8 at the CVIC Hall in Minden.

Work accepted in the media of oil, acrylic, watercolor, photography, mixed media, pastel and 3D art of sculpture and glass. Entries must be original and available for sale.

The Best in Show award is $100 and a ribbon. Proceeds of show benefit continuing art students. The fee per entry is $6 for members, $10 for non-members and $5 high school students. Entry forms and show rules available in galleries in Carson Valley and Carson City, or by calling Ron Clarke at 782-8035.
