Kingsbury Grade reopened at 10:30 a.m. after being closed for about an hour this morning.
Contractors working on slope stabilization on the grade's shoulder for the Nevada Department of Transportation cut through a gas line.
Spokesman Scott Magruder said the contractor called Southwest Gas Co. before digging, but that the line was not listed.
Work on the grade will continue, so expect 5-minute delays, Magruder said.
