The Douglas boys' tennis team needed a come-from-behind win in the last set of the day to clinch its second win of the year, a 10-8 victory at Wooster.
Tayler Christopher and Grant Mason came back from a 1-4 deficit in the last set to win 6-4 and clinch Douglas' first Sierra League win of the year.
"What a great match," Douglas coach Rod Smith said. "This was a total team effort that came down to the last match of the day."
Douglas also got a boost from the doubles team of Matt Williams and Aaron Allen, who went 3-0 on the afternoon. Jack Gooding and Matt Thomas picked up a win, despite Thomas being injured.
"Matt Thomas did something special that I've never witnessed before," Smith said. "Last weekend, he broke his nose and injured his right shoulder in a skateboarding accident.
"Against Wooster, he volunteered to play in the second round as a lefthander. Despite this amazing challenge, he and Jack Gooding beat Wooster's No. 2 doubles team."
Mason and Christopher accounted for two wins on the afternoon.
On the singles side, Garon Athanacio picked up a pair of wins while Craig Stratton and Matt Johnson each had one.
