It's really sad that the person who is in charge of the census in Douglas County doesn't know Douglas County and will be costing the taxpayers millions because of their lack of knowledge.
I'm not sure where they got their information regarding no home delivery for residents in Wellington, but I live in Wellington and I don't have a post office box.
Most of us in the Douglas County side of Wellington have cluster mail boxes, that sounds like home mail delivery to me.
But no, someone in their wisdom decided we don't get home delivery so now a census worker will be sent out to gather our information, maybe, if they can find our area.
If the person in charge of the census had done their homework, Douglas County participation would have been over 60 percent.
