Chiropractic Physician Services (formerly Chiropractic Physician Group Of Nevada) is closing. Any former patients who might have X-rays or imaging studies at this office and would like to have them back, will need to collect them within the next 30 days. After that time, they will be placed in storage and destroyed after an accumulated seven-year period. Please call 783-3494 to arrange a time to pick them up.
