A fire weather watch arrives with the wind Thursday afternoon. Expect winds to hit 15-25 mph with gusts of 35-40 mph in the afternoon and evening. The wind will die back to 10-15 mph at night with gusts of 25 mph. The wind will dry everything out, with humidity falling to 5-12 percent.
