Two men suspected of being burglars were arrested on several drug charges Wednesday when deputies recovered methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, spray paint and permanent marking pens.

Bail was set at $25,000 for David Lee Loving, 33, jailed on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and outside warrants.

Jonathan Eric Ramsey, 28, was jailed on $1,187 bail on an outside warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies were called to a residence in the 1300 block of Chichester Drive about 2:30 p.m. on a report of a possible burglary in progress.

Loving and Ramsey were located near the residence, and it was determined they were not burglary suspects, however there were warrants for the two men.

Ramsey had failed to obtain a substance abuse evaluation as ordered by Carson Township Justice Court.

Loving had two warrants from Dayton Township for domestic battery and stalking.

While Ramsey was being searched prior to jail transport, deputies found two pipes with residue commonly used to smoke methamphetamine and marijuana.

Deputies searched Loving's backpack and found a a clear bag of crystal substance that resembled methamphetamine, a glass pipe, two cans of spray paint, a can of white shoe polish, 32 marking pens, seven spray paint nozzle tips and tweezers.

They are to appear in East Fork Justice Court on Friday.
