Grove graduated in 1990 from Macquarie University in Australia with an economics degrees and then obtained her Australian CPA.
She has made America her home for more than 15 years. She said loves northern Nevada for its skiing and snowboarding as well as the opportunity to train and show horses.
An experienced small business owner, Grove owned Under the Magic Pine Tree, Daycare and Preschool in Gardnerville for more than five years.
In Australia, she was an auditor with a large international accounting firm.
Grove's background includes working as a full-time consultant to small businesses, Native American tribal government and Nevada casinos for the last three years.
She was previously a controller and director of finance for the casino industry for 10 years.
Prior to that, her experience came from public accounting, auditing and the banking industry.
Being the owner and bookkeeper for her own small business, Grove knows not only payroll, tax, state and licensing requirements, but also efficient methods to produce accurate monthly bookkeeping.

Broker Valerie Black has welcomed Frank Benvenuto, Jim Darrough, Peg Ziebell and Richard Campbell to Realty Executives in Gardnerville.
