The Nevada Supreme Court commission studying how best to evaluate the performance of Nevada judges meets at 10 a.m. Monday in the courtroom, 201 S. Carson St. The public is invited to comment.
The commission is reviewing a series of recommendations to create a statewide evaluation system for judges. Chief Justice Ron Parraguirre said the goal is to provide voters a way to determine how well their judges are doing their job.
"Voters frequently complain that they have insufficient information to determine if a sitting judge is worthy of being returned to the bench," he said.
