A 43-year-old Gardnerville man was ordered Wednesday to serve 90 days in Douglas County Jail after he showed up at the wrong address with a blood-alcohol content four times over the legal limit for driving in Nevada.

Deputies were called to an address in the 1300 block of Toiyabe on Jan. 6 after Kelly Jim-Sharp showed up insisting it was the home of a friend.

He finally left and officers found him intoxicated at his home on Douglas Avenue. Although he hadn't been driving, Jim-Sharp was in violation of a Oct. 7 sentence for driving under the influence.

Justice Jim EnEarl, who originally suspended the 90 days on the condition Jim-Sharp not drink or violate any laws, ordered him Wednesday to go to jail.

"I asked you not to drink, but you did," EnEarl said. "The cops got called and you blew a .338." EnEarl told Jim-Sharp if the Washoe Tribe wanted to arrange for in-patient treatment during his incarceration, "I'll probably let you go."
