Gardnerville Raley's customers can give to Haitian earthquake relief and know that 100 percent of their donations are going to the American Red Cross for Haitian

earthquake relief.

Raley's announced Friday that it is designating all donations to checkstand collection

boxes in its 134 Raley's, Bel Air, Nob Hill Foods and Food Source stores to Haitian

earthquake relief, beginning today and lasting through Feb. 13.

As usual, Raley's covers the administrative costs of all checkstand donations.

"The devastation in Haiti is so complete, said Jennie Teel-Wolter, Raley's

Communitarian. "We want to help; we know our customers want to help. It's only

natural that we provide a convenient way for our customers to give what they can in

a place they know will get their donation to those in need."
