County Republican precinct meetings Thursday

Douglas County Republican precinct meetings start 7 p.m. Thursday at locations throughout Douglas County.

Nevada law requires each major political party hold a meeting of registered voters in each precinct every year during which a general election is held.

Any registered Republican, who resides in the precinct is entitled to attend the meeting.

Delegates to the 2010 Douglas County Republican Convention will be elected at the meetings.
