EDITOR:
I'm so glad that Mr. Roope, who lives in Idaho, and commissioner Greg Lynn are so pleased with their new project. Maybe they would like to live in my neighborhood and have to deal with the horrific traffic every morning and evening near Mahogany and Highway 88.
Now we have apartments on each entry to our neighborhood with no really safe way out. Greg Lynn is a sell-out and shame on the Town of Minden for approving such a horrible plan, just a big slap in the face to the taxpayers.
Goodbye to any peace now, and yes we are concerned about our property values, with this new complex being so affordable it will only be time when the whole neighborhood is, nice job folks.
