The Douglas County Parks & Recreation will host its fifth-annual White Lightning Wiffleball Tournament for ages 13 and up Sunday at Stodick Park.

Cost is $150 per team.

The tournament had been originally scheduled to run Saturday and Sunday, but was shifted to a one-day tournament set to start on Sunday.

As of Tuesday afternoon, tournament director J.P. Albert said it looked like he had about four to seven teams scheduled to play, although he said there was plenty of room for more.

The tournament will be a pool play format with a four-game guarantee and a single-elimination tournament following pool play.

Teams will put four people on the field during play with up to six players total on the roster.

Sponsors are needed and will be allowed to be present at the event for advertisement.

Registration deadline is today.
