At Buckaroos this week

The Rustlers play for a Carson Valley Days celebration hosted by Buckaroos and The French Bar, 8 p.m. today, in the rear parking lot of Buckaroos. The Rustlers cover hard-core country music by Montgomery Gentry, Alan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn and Dierks Bently. The Carson City-based band is Ev Musselman on guitar and lead vocals, Larry Goldman on bass guitar and vocals, Brian Williams on lead guitar and vocals, and Russ Hohenberger on drums and vocals.

Joe Neal plays 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday.

Bloody Mary and Rolling Rock draft specials from 10 a.m. and barbecue on back deck starting at 1 p.m. Sunday.

Auditions June 23

Auditions for the Carson Valley Community Theatre's fall production of "Perfect Wedding" are 6:30-8:30 p.m. June 23 at in the upstairs ballroom at Sharkey's in Gardnerville. Fine art show through weekend at CVIC

The Carson Valley Art Association's fine art show runs through Sunday in the CVIC Hall in Minden. A book signing event for the "Frieda's Files" collection of historical Carson Valley stories by the Cordes cousins is 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Minden Park. Relay for Life benefit Thursday
