The Horizon Casino Resort hosts a carnival in their back parking lot at Stateline, 3-10 p.m. Thursday, noon to midnight Friday and Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. Proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs. Carnival information, 790-1544.
