A Gardnerville man was taken into custody after he rolled his pickup truck down an embankment near Topaz Lake on Sunday. Steven J. Pollack, 21, was taken into custody on a traffic warrant and charges related to the accident.
He said he and his passenger were wearing safety belts and walked away from the accident. On Monday Pollack pleaded guilty to reckless driving and failing to appear on a previous traffic ticket.
