Elderly woman being sought in Indian Hills

Authorities are seeking help from the public to find a 76-year-old woman who was reported missing Sunday afternoon by her daughter.

Ada Cordero enjoyed taking long walks around her Indian Hills neighborhood.

Daughter Sabina Bustamante said she last saw her mother a 7:30 a.m. She reported her missing Sunday afternoon.

Mrs. Cordero has wandered off before, having been found in the hills behind James Lee Park, where she was found by a sheriff's deputy, or at the Casino Fandango two weeks ago.

Searchers checked the area and the neighborhood, however they were unable to find Mrs. Cordero.

She is described as a Hispanic female who mostly speaks Spanish, 5 foot -4 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, thin size build, with black hair and brown eyes. Ms. Cordero was reported to have been wearing maroon colored pants, red shirt, black jacket and white shoes at the time of her disappearance. Sabina said her mother suffers from Alzheimer's Disease, high blood pressure and diabetes.
