FEAT of the Carson Valley hosts their first Walk for FEAT 5K Charity Walk to benefit children with autism on Aug. 7, beginning at Energize Studios in Minden and ending at Stodick Estates in Gardnerville.
The event includes a warm-up class at Energize Studios, lunch and activities at the Stodick Estates model homes. Registration is 8-9 a.m.
The charity walk is sponsored by Energize Studios, Development Dynamics, Simply Coordinating by Tara and H & S Construction.
The person who raises the most sponsors for their walk wins a two-night stay at the Resort at Squaw Creek. If not able to attend, consider becoming a sponsor or supporter of a registered walker.
