The Gardnerville Town Board, meeting at 4:30 p.m. tonight, will consider a master plan amendment and zoning map amendment for what's known as the Matley Ranch at the intersection of Pinenut Road and Highway 395
Owner Peri Enterprises is asking for a change in the master plan to convert the land use of about 38 acres of receiving area into commercial, and about 20 acres of agricultural land into commercial.
Additionally, they're asking for a map amendment to change roughly 58 acres of A-19 zoning into general commercial and 3.7 acres of office commercial zoning into general commercial.
The proposal includes a host of abandonments and dedications that would allow Pinenut Road to be re-routed to intersect with the future Muller Parkway.
