EDITOR:
I would like to send a heart-filled thank-you to the hospice staff of the Barton Health system. These are some of the finest, caring people I have ever met.
A really big thank-you to Judy and Shelley for being there for me when my husband passed. To Jet, Julie, Lily and Dr. Steve, for making my husband comfortable in his final days.
To Susan, who was so gentle when my husband was in such pain.
Her caring nature is beyond description. I've yet to figure out how she changed the sheets without causing him pain.
