Beginning in April, the sheriff's office will train at the Douglas County Shooting Range on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Capt. Dan Britton said the change begins April 6.
The range will be closed to the public those days until noon, Britton said.
Previously, the sheriff's office used the range on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Britton said he would post the month's schedule at the range at the end of March.
