The Carson Valley Inn in Minden has announced a number of promotions and new team members.
Amada Joseph is the new Katie's restaurant manager. She has been with the CVI for many years in the food and beverage department. She will continue to also oversee Job's Perk.
Jean-Michel Labadie has been named manager of CV Steak, the casino's new Nevada-style steakhouse. Labadie has more than 30 years experience in food and beverage operations including the last 18 years at major resort properties on Lake Tahoe's south shore.
Curtis Wilson is the new table games manager. He was most recently in the Eldorado table games department and was previously with the Carson Valley Inn for more than eight years.
Lydia Pearson has been named director of administration. Pearson has considerable experience in both the finance and administrative areas and was most recently a consultant for CVI managing partner Mike Pegram.
Additional promotions include Joel Birmingham to Katie's sous chef and Jeff Wellman to lead bartender.
The Carson Valley Inn is located on Highway 395 in Minden. The property includes a recently remodeled casino, 152-room hotel, 75-room motor lodge, 59-site RV park and a convenience store with Shell gas and diesel fuel. There are also three dining facilities including CV Steak, featuring steaks, seafood, pasta dishes and more.
