In the wake of not choosing either superintendent finalist for the job, the Douglas County School Board has scheduled roundtable interviews with two runners-up: Heather Henderson-Hill, deputy superintendent of Chinook's Edge School Division in Alberta, Canada, and Lisa Noonan, chief academic officer of Washoe County schools.
The roundtable interviews will consist of board members, principals, teachers and other district staff. Henderson-Hill will be interviewed 2-5 p.m. May 11 at Douglas High School, with an informal meet-and-greet starting at 1 p.m.
Noonan will be interviewed 2-5 p.m. May 14 at the high school with an informal greeting also at 1 p.m.
