Verizon and Jitterbug retailer reopens its doors in Minden

After four months of looking for a new spot, Cell Solutions, a Verizon Wireless and Jitterbug authorized retailer, has reopened in Minden next to Greater Nevada Credit Union.

Owner Doris Fredrick said she's worked in the wireless industry for nine years and has been in business in the Valley for two years.

"I specialize in personalized customer service," Fredrick said. "I'm so happy to be back in business. I've really missed my customers and the community."

Fredrick said she brings her past frustrations with wireless companies to better benefit her customers and provide care and understanding of cell phone plans and technology.

"Now you have a local and caring solution that will walk you through getting a phone and setting it up step-by-step," she said. "Wireless providers, plans and cell phones seem to change daily, so it's refreshing to find personable and knowledgeable service locally."

But Cell Solutions offers more than cell phones, Fredrick said. The store also offers accessories, gifts, collectibles and featured photography by local artists.

"I can handle business accounts, too," she said.
