n Carson City's Marine Corps League, along with Carson City High School Navy JROTC will present a Memorial Day ceremony with Honor Guard at 10:30 a.m. at Stewart Indian Cemetery. The public is invited to attend. For more information, call (775) 790-0260.
• A Memorial Day ceremony is scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley. The ceremony is hosted by the Northern Nevada Veterans Coalition.
The program includes a ceremony opening by decorated Vietnam veteran Tom Baker. The National Anthem will be sung by John Tyson The Pledge of Allegiance will be given by Gov. Gibbons' Chief of Staff Robin Reedy.
Cemetery Advisory Committee Chair Ward "Stan" Jones will introduce keynote speaker Fernley Mayor Leroy Goodman.
