Walk, jog, run June 12

The Partnership of Community Resources' third annual Walk, Jog, Run for Prevention is June 12, with a 10K at 7:45 a.m. and 5K at 8 a.m. at the Douglas County Senior Center. The event raises funds for Students Taking on Prevention program.

Preregistration is $30, or $5 for youth 12 and younger. Race-day registration is $40. A pre-race packet pickup is 4-8 p.m. June 11 at Pizza Barn, 1544 Highway 395, Gardnerville. Register at www.active.com, www.partnership-resource.org or 782-8611.
