U.S. Forest Service fuels management crews will conduct prescribed fire burns in the upper Kingsbury Grade area beginning today and continuing through Saturday.
If favorable weather conditions continue, crews will move into the McKinney-Rubicon, Meeks Bay and Blackwood Canyon areas, beginning Friday and continuing through early next week.
Officials said residents and visitors can expect to see smoke from prescribed fire project areas.
