The Flip Flop Kids Shop fall consignment sale is today through Sunday in the Carson Mall in Carson City. Hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the half-off sale on Sunday.
Items accepted for this sale include baby gear, nursery items, children's furniture, toys, games, gently used clothing, maternity, sports gear, play equipment, women's clothing, household items, and furniture.
Consignors price their items and receive up to 70 percent of their sold items. Event volunteers receive passes to shop the night before the sale.

A portion of proceeds from the sale supports Carson City trampoline athlete Krysta Palmer, who is working for a spot on the 2012 Olympic team.
Clothing and items will also be donated to a local charity.
