Jeff Nady (Douglas '07), soph., OL, Nevada: Nady did not play in Nevada's 52-6 win over New Mexico State as starting tackle Steve Haley returned from injury.


Parker Robertson (Douglas '08), Rfr., OL, Utah State: Did not play in a 28-6 loss to Idaho.

Billy Coats (Douglas '06), soph., LS, Navy: Did not play in a 35-19 win over Arkansas State.


Jake Peterson (Douglas '03), sr., DL, Pennsylvania: Had 12 tackles on the year with a pass breakup and a pass deflection on the year as Penn won the Ivy League championship. The Quakers closed out the year with a 31-7 win over Cornell.


Davey Fisher (Douglas '08), soph., WR, Pacific Lutheran: The Lutes went 8-1 on the year. Fisher did not play.


Johnny Pollack (Douglas '09), fr., RB, Adams State: Red-shirting. Adams State closed out the year with a 28-19 win over Western State.


Garrett Tenney (Douglas '09), fr., LB, Jamestown: Red-shirting. Season over.


Jason Peters (Coleville '09), fr., QB/TE, Grinnell College: Season over. On the season, he rushed six times for five yards and three touchdowns and caught 33 passes for 343 yards and a touchdown.


Nikolai Vasquez (Douglas '09), fr., K, Butte: Vasquez nailed a 34-yard field goal in overtime to win the ASBG Bowl. It was his second game-winner in the last three weeks.

Kyle Mannschreck (Douglas '05), sr., M/D/GK, Academy of Art: Season over. Stats not available.


Danyelle Heidt (Douglas '08), soph., M, Biola: Season over.


Edgar Arceo (Douglas '09), fr., F, Kenyon College: Season over. Arceo had three goals and one assist on the year for Kenyon, which went 14-2-2 on the year.

Colleen Carlson (Douglas '03), sr., San Diego: San Diego closed out the regular season with a sweep of Loyola Marymount. They are expected to play in the NCAA Tournament starting in December. Carlson has 39 kills, eight assists, two aces, 15 digs and 21 blocks on the year.


Mysta Townsell (Douglas '09), fr., Chicago State: Townsell has 274 digs on the year.


Dawson Joyce-Mendive (Douglas '05), sr., Tufts: The Jumbos fell in the first round of the NCAA Regional tournament last week.


Melissa Brown (Douglas '07), soph., UMass-Boston: The Beacons advanced to the Elite Eight of the NCAA Division III Tournament before falling to Calvin.


Christine DuPuis (Douglas '09), fr., UMass-Boston: The Beacons advanced to the Elite Eight of the NCAA Division III Tournament before falling to Calvin.


Taryn Williams (Douglas '08), soph., California Lutheran: The Regals fell in the Sweet 16 of NCAA Regional Tournament. Williams played in three sets and has an assist and nine digs.


Megan Mitchell (Douglas '08), soph., Lees-McRae: Lees-McRae fell in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.


Alex Risko (Douglas '06), jr., Cal State Los Angeles: Risko had 9 digs in a five-game loss to Seattle Pacific in the first round of the NCAA Regional Tournament.

Haley Von Schottenstein (Douglas '10), fr., Whittier: In her collegiate debut, Von Schottenstein set a school record in the 100 fly, swimming it in 1:00.8 to take in a field of 116 swimmers. She also won the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:08.23.

Wade Meddles (Sierra Lutheran '09), fr., Azusa Pacific: Meddles became only the second freshman in school history to earn All-American status after running a 25:41 in the 8K at the NAIA national championships.

Shane Miller, sr., Mesa State: Miller improved to 5-3 on the year while taking second at the at the Old Chicago Northern Colorado Open last week.

Keith Olson, jr., F, Nevada: Olson did not play in losses to George Washington and Boston earlier this week.


Jessica Waggoner, fr., F, Army: Waggoner has played in three games for the Black Knights to open the year and is averaging 3.3 points and 1.3 rebounds in about 11 minutes per game.

Nick Cohee, jr., Utah: Season opens Jan. 8 at the Utah Invitational.
