The Indian Creek campground in Alpine County will close noon Monday, according to the Bureau of Land Management's Carson City District-Sierra Front Field Office.
The campground will be closed throughout the winter, with a scheduled reopening of approximately May 5, 2011.
The east side of Indian Creek Reservoir will still be available for access off the entry road maintained by Alpine County (weather-permitting).
