Carson City road report for April 18-24

The following information applies to the period of April 18-24:

On Monday and Tuesday, Edmonds Drive will be subject to single-lane closures with flagger-controlled traffic between Colorado Street and Koontz Lane, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Utility work will occur on Koontz Lane near the intersection with Edmonds Drive throughout the week. All lanes will remain open with only minor delays expected between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

There will be shoulder work at the intersection of 5th Street and Butti Way. However, no lane closures are expected.

Clearview Drive is closed between Edmonds Drive and Line Drive for construction on the next phase of the Nevada Department of Transportation freeway project. Detours are marked. The road is expected to reopen by November.
