Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 30-year-old carpenter from Carson City was arrested at 8:54 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of Bath Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $1,000.

• A 20-year-old window washer from Carson City was arrested at 9:39 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of La Loma Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $500.

• A 48-year-old bookkeeper from Carson City was arrested at 9:54 a.m. Wednesday in the 4600 block of Snyder Avenue on suspicion of misdemeanor threats. She allegedly threatened the worker at a day-care center that her grandchild once attended. Bail was set at $730.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Residential burglary report at 6:14 p.m. in the 400 block of Hot Springs Road.

• A mother reported at 7:28 p.m. that she found "a lot of prescription drugs" in her 17-year-old daughter's room.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• A woman reported at 8:30 a.m. in Mason Valley that someone destroyed her daughter's trailer and threatened to kill her baby.

• An electric wheelchair was reported stolen at 11:05 a.m. from Emigrant Way in Fernley.

• Misdemeanor arrest at 1:44 p.m. on East Newlands Drive in Fernley.

• A stereo was stolen between 2 and 4 p.m. from a vehicle the 1300 block of Grassland Court in Mark Twain.

• Misdemeanor arrest at 9:08 p.m. on Circle Drive in Fernley.
