Obituary: Dolores L. Juchtzer

Dolores Juchtzer, 75, was born July 17, 1935, in Boise, Idaho, to Russell and Lucille Lanman. She passed away Jan. 31, 2011, in Carson City, where she had resided since 1957. Dolores married Ed Juchtzer May 18, 1957, in Sparks. She worked for the Carson City School District for 15 years. She is survived by her husband, Ed Juchtzer of Carson City; daughter Brenda Williams and husband Cory of Pleasanton, Calif.; son Brett Juchtzer and wife Terrie of Carson City; brothers Fred Lanman and wife Peggy of Carson City and Donald Lanman of Key West, Fla.; three grandchildren, Andrea Williams, and Stanley and Cindy Juchtzer; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, at Walton's Chapel of the Valley in Carson City. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Disease Association.
