Obituary: Gregory Firebaugh

Gregory Firebaugh lost his fight with ALS on July 10, 2011. He is survived by his wife, MaryAnn Bush; mother Shirley; six children: Cathleen, Gregory Brian, Jonathan, Tony, Jeremy, and Christopher and numerous grandchildren. His first love was mining and he even had his own mining claim for a period of time. A special thank you to Tony, who was tireless in his love, caregiving and assistance with Greg and MaryAnn during these last few months. Thank you to Dr. Louie and staff, ALS Nevada, MDA Nevada and St. Mary's Hospice. Thank you to SGS Mineral Services and his crew in Elko, for their support and assistance. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2011, at La Paloma Funeral Services, 5301 Longley Lane, Building E Suite-180, Reno. Graveside services will be at high noon Thursday, July 14, at Dayton Cemetery. Arrangements in trusted to La Paloma Funeral Services. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to ALS Nevada.
