Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 25-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of W. Sixth Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132. He allegedly claimed to be a deputy in neighboring county, which the victim believed, but when pressed he admitted that was not true, the report states.

• Daniel Bruce Magner, 25, of Gardnerville, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. Wednesday on probation violation. No bail was set.

• Terry Lee Nicholson, 41, of Carson City, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. Wednesday in the 5100 block of Carson River Road on suspicion of felony forgery out of Arizona, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, misdemeanor failure to appear on a traffic warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. No bail was set.

• Tyler James Lewallen, 18, of Carson City, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. Thursday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $2,500.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Residential burglary report at 12:51 p.m. in the 1400 block of Mountain Park Drive.

• Fraud report at 1:12 p.m. in the 2400 block of Ravenshorn Drive.

• Report at 1:56 p.m. on Chimney Beach of more than 100 people out of control and smoking pot, with dogs urinating and people rolling joints. Turned out to be a party that had a permit. One person was arrested.

• Report of a television missing from a home at 4:27 p.m. in the 1400 block of Fleetwood Avenue.

• Report of an intoxicated man throwing things at 11:27 p.m. in the 1200 block of Fleetwood Avenue.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Report of a robbery at the Pioneer Casino in Fernley at 2:26 a.m. Two men, one wearing a black hoodie and ski mask, the other in all black, jumped into the cage and took money, then fled out the front doors.

• A vehicle struck a pedestrian at 6:32 a.m. on Sheep Camp Drive in Dayton.

• Report of a fight at 12:40 p.m. on Grosh Avenue in Dayton.

• Coroner call on Drifter Lane at 8:12 p.m. in Dayton.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Report of a mountain lion spotted "near where the water collects" at 9:09 p.m. at North Star and Bullfrog roads.
