Obituary: Rita Marie Wainwright

Rita Marie Wainwright, 68, of Carson City, died June 1, 2011. She was born Oct. 8, 1942, in Washington, D.C., to Clarence and Josephine Mong. She is survived by her husband Chuck Wainwright; daughter Shannon Marutz of Clearfield, Utah; son Andrew Wainwright (Kristina) of Las Vegas; son Sean Wainwright (Dona, or "Patty") of Caldwell, Idaho; and eight grandchildren. A public visitation will be at 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, at Walton's Chapel of the Valley, 1281 N. Roop St., Carson City. A funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the large chapel at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Community, followed by interment at Lone Mountain Cemetery. A reception follows at Comstock Mobile Home Park. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
