Carson Indian School Commencement: Twenty nine boys and girls finished the four-year high school course at the Indian School at Stewart. They received their diplomas from Principal Ernest C. Mueller. Commencement address will be delivered by District Judge Clark J. Guild. Graduates (partial list) Edna F. Allen, Irene McCauley, Irene Reynolds, Jackson Buck Jr., Russell James, Thurman Stone.

Warren Engine Company: Newly elected officers of the Warren Engine Company volunteer firemen are Lester Groth, fire chief; Mel Woodgate, civil office of president; George Gibson, first assistant fire chief; Mel Cowperthwaite, second assistant; Ira Helgren vice president.
