Carson City
The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 19--year-old Carson City man was arrested at 2:14 p.m. Sunday at Fairview Drive and Lompa Lane on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court. Bail was set at $1,632.
• Daryl Bruce Morris Jr., 24, a roofer from Dayton, was arrested at 3:19 a.m. Saturday in the 2100 block of East William Street on suspicion of felony third-offense drunken driving, misdemeanor driving on a revoked license, failure to maintain lane and speeding. Bail was set at $10,000.
• Austin Bitisillie, 21, of Carson City, was arrested at 7:37 a.m. Saturday at Bigelow Drive and Snyder Avenue on suspicion of gross misdemeanor battery on a peace officer. Bail was set at $20,000.
• Michael Hutchison, 18, of Carson City, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. Saturday in the 2000 block of Louise Drive on suspicion of felony parole violation, providing false identification to avoid prosecution, misdemeanor resisting arrest and minor consuming. Bail was set at $10,000.
• Corey Demont Bynum, 27, of Carson City, was arrested at 3:49 a.m. Monday in the 3200 block of Market Street on suspicion of felony commercial burglary, parole violation, misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence and obstructing. No bail set.
• Richard Alan Hale, 30, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. Saturday in the 3100 block of Florentine Drive on suspicion of felony domestic battery. Bail was set at $15,000.
• Shaun N. Day, 29, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 3:43 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony trafficking methamphetamine, violation of pretrial conditions, misdemeanor obstructing a peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $40,000.
• Erick A. Torres, 28, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 2 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor child abuse and misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $5,632.
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:
• 5:21 a.m. - Coroner call in the 3000 block of North Ormsby Boulevard.
• 5:23 a.m. - Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center.
• 9:54 a.m. - Report of a 57-year-old man missing since Friday from 1500 block of Camille Drive.
• 10:02 p.m. - Report of man in a backyard on Hamilton Drive shooting a raccoon.
Lyon County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:
• 9:37 p.m. - A Smith Valley man reported his brother fired a gun inside his house on Thursday. Neither the brother nor the gun was at the house at the time.
• 4:31 p.m. - Felony arrest on Yellow Jacket Road in Mark Twain.
Storey County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:
• 8:30 p.m. - Arrest at Portifino and Milan.
• 9:17 p.m. - Single-vehicle accident on Interstate 80 at Vista Boulevard.
