Nuclear waste: Former governors who have held the state's top job oppose the proposal to bury the nation's nuclear waste - Govs. Kenny Guinn, Bob Miller, Richard Bryan and Mike O'Callaghan. Former Gov. List's stance is that Nevada should negotiate for benefits in exchange for accepting the dump.
