Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Rechie Takeo Kitaoka, 56, a mechanic from Reno, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on warrants for suspicion of felony uttering a forged instrument, obtaining money under false pretenses and burglary. Bail was set at $25,000.

• Tibbi Way, 30, of Carson City, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. Monday in the 1400 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of felony violation of probation and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. No bail was set.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• 1:38 a.m. - A woman on Spooner Drive reported her ex-boyfriend was trying to get into her house.

• 1:55 a.m. - Fire on a roof on Monte Rosa Drive believed to be arson.

• 8:18 a.m. - A man reported he was fired from his job and his boss choked him in the 200 block of Fairview Drive.

• 5:59 p.m. - A man reported he'd been robbed of $80 by two women and a man after using heroin with them on Como Street. The man was jailed on a warrant.

• 12:43 p.m. - Report of files stolen over the weekend from an old title company on West Proctor Street used for storage.

• 12:46 p.m. -  Woman reported her bank account had been "hacked" and $3,321 was missing.

• 5:48 p.m. - Accident at Fairview Drive and South Lompa Lane.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• 10:23 a.m. - Residential burglary report in the 700 block of Lipizzan Road in Mark Twain.

• 12:29 p.m. - Commercial burglary report on Laxalt Drive in Mound House.
