Mildred E. Howard, 102, formerly of Carson City, passed away September 30, 2011 in Eagle, Idaho. She was born November 28, 1908 in Greeley, CO to Charles and Jenny Buby. Mildred was a member of Eastern Star and PEO in Reno. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon L. Howard and granddaughter, Lynn Erickson; two sisters and a brother. She is survived by daughters, Virginia Recanzone of Reno and Marilyn Leavell of Eagle, ID; three grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
