Airstream Club hosts 35th anniversary rally
The Sierra Nevada Unit of the WBCCI Airstream Owners Club will host a special 35th anniversary rally from 2 p.m. Sept. 22 to 10 a.m. Sept. 25 at Campground by the Lake in South Lake Tahoe.
A dinner cruise on the MS Dixie will take place Saturday night. Guests of members as well as all current and potential Airstream owners are welcome.

CTRH Auxiliary wine tasting set for Sept. 25
Wine tasting will be offered from 3-5 p.m. Sept. 25 at Aloha Discount Wine and Liquors, 4555 S. Carson St.
The special event is sponsored by the Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare Auxiliary,
Cost is $30 per person, which includes wine, complementary glass and snacks. The number of tickets is limited.
Buy your tickets now at the CTRH Auxiliary Gift Shop, located in the Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center Lobby or at Aloha Discount Wine and Liquors.
Proceeds will help the Auxiliary continue its work in helping the hospital and community.

Swing dance party planned
High Sierra Swing Dance Club presents its monthly dance party Sept. 24 at the Brewery Arts Center's Grand Ballroom, 449 W. King St., Carson City.
There will be a lesson at 7 p.m., with the social dance from 8-10:30 p.m. Partners are not required. Lesson $7 for HSSDC and any swing dance club members or $10 for nonmembers; dance $7 for members of swing clubs and $10 for nonmembers. Join the club that night, and the dance is free.

Auditions set for Brüka Theatre season
Brüka Theatre announces general season auditions on at 6 p.m. Monday. The many roles available include "In The Next Room or The Vibrator Plays," "The Wild Party," "God Of Carnage," "How I Learned to Drive," "Orpheus Descending," our Original Stage Reading Series and other projects.
Actors will be seen on a first-come basis at the theatre. Callbacks will be held for individual shows.
