Dorene Jessie Bergendahl, 75, passed away March 30, 2012 in Carson City, NV. Dorene was lovingly called 'Scottie' by her friends and family. Scottie was born January 22, 1937 in Glasgow, Scotland to William and Annie Duffy. She has been a resident of Gardnerville, NV since 1999. She was a Catholic. Scottie enjoyed bowling, flower arranging and camping with her family.
Scottie will be dearly missed by her husband, William Bergendahl; sons, James and John; three daughters, Kathleen , Anne and Theresa ; two brothers, James and John Duffy; one sister, Roseann Long; also nine grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service for Dorene on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 11:00am at Walton's Chapel in Gardnerville.
