Acclaimed chef Mark May joins David Walley's

Executive chef May will oversee the menus, preparation and daily operations of David Walley's fine-dining restaurant 1862 in Genoa, as well as Harriet's Cafe and David Walley's award-winning wedding and banquet cuisine.

Norex wins U.S. contract
