CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Greek salad with feta cheese, olives, pepperoncini and salami, cantaloupe, breadsticks and ice cream.

TUESDAY: Chili relleno, peas, Spanish rice and cinnamon spiced pears.

WEDNESDAY: Turkey with stuffing, green beans, sweet potato, cranberry salad and strawberry short cake.

THURSDAY: Meat loaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, spinach, tomato salad, whole wheat bread with margarine and Chantilly cups.

FRIDAY: Chicken with mushroom sauce, rice, Oriental veggies, oranges and cookies.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Pepper steak, rice pilaf, asparagus, whole wheat bread with margarine, honeydew and bread pudding.

TUESDAY: Polish sausage, Hoagie Roll, garden salad with onions and bell peppers, salad dressing, potato wedges and mixed fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Crab salad, beets, saltines, cantaloupe, sherbet and cake.

THURSDAY: Turkey wraps, flour tortilla, spinach and water chestnuts, cranberry salad and pumpkin pie.

FRIDAY: Spanish omelet, toasted English muffin with margarine, apricots, V8 Juice and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Chicken fried steak, Caesar salad, mashed potato and gravy, Brussels sprouts and banana cake.

TUESDAY: Sweet and sour pork, brown rice pilaf, cauliflower, whole wheat bread, layered salad and fresh peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Beef pot pie, marinated tomato salad, dinner roll, apricots and cookies.

THURSDAY: Tomato soup, turkey and stuffing holiday sub, cranberry sauce, baby carrots and fresh bananas.

FRIDAY: Chicken salad sandwich with whole wheat bread, lettuce and tomato, chips and apple slices with peanut butter.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Roma burger, romaine lettuce, corn on the cob, baked beans and cantaloupe.

TUESDAY: Lasagna, cauliflower, garlic bread, apricots and sherbet.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken enchilada, cauliflower, green salad with dressing, fruit cocktail and refried beans.

THURSDAY: Polish sausage, Hoagie Roll, garden salad with peppers and onions, salad dressing, potato wedges and apricots.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Pancakes, syrup, eggs and cantaloupe.
