CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: French dip au jus, sweet potato fries, garden salad, ambrosia and cake.

TUESDAY: Lemon herb baked cod, broccoli stuffed potato, garden salad, whole wheat bread with margarine, and oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, zucchini, garlic bread, honeydew melon and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Tacos with chicken, cheese, onions, tomatoes and lettuce, refried beans and fruit cup.

FRIDAY: Cheese hamburger, French fries, baked beans, potato salad, baked chips and brownies.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, refried beans and fruit cocktail.

TUESDAY: Beef vegetable soup, egg salad on toasted bagel, tomatoes vinaigrette and tropical fruit cup.

WEDNESDAY: Pizza, green beans with tomatoes and mushrooms, corn, cake with peaches.

THURSDAY: Baked fish, coleslaw, stewed tomatoes, whole wheat bread with margarine, bananas and apple crisp.

FRIDAY: Chicken fried steak, gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns, melon, V8 Juice and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Minestrone soup, grilled cheese sandwich, sliced tomato, romaine with French dressing and fresh kiwi.

TUESDAY: Beef tamale, mixed green salad, Spanish rice, ranch style beans and sliced apple dessert.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken curry on rice, colorful salad, whole wheat roll and pineapple chunks.

THURSDAY: Bleu cheese burger on Kaiser roll, lettuce and tomato, curly fries, watermelon and chocolate eclair.

FRIDAY: Beef tips with mushrooms, gravy over egg noodles, winter blend vegetables, pea salad and strawberry cake.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Ham and beans, spinach, green salad with dressing, cornbread with margarine, cottage cheese and pears with Jell-O.

TUESDAY: Baked chicken, whole wheat roll with margarine, green beans, potato wedges, peaches and angel food cake.

WEDNESDAY: Chili relleno bake, refried beans, garden salad with dressing and mixed fruit.

THURSDAY: Salmon, rice pilaf, baked potato, glazed carrots, Mandarin oranges and carrot cake.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, toast with margarine, peaches, V8 Juice and orange juice.
